Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
Calling absentees parents to find out reasons for absence
Perform simple clerical duties including printing, checking and sorting out FAS and bursary applications, and informing parents of outcome/collection of approval letters
Printing and arranging of timetable
Sorting out hardcopy mails to respective owners
Updating staff absence in the General Office
Any other administrative duties as assigned by the schools management staff
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Min O level or experience in office/reception duties
\xc2\xb7 Experience in working with schools will be advantageous
Contract Period: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025
Salary: $2400/month
Working Arrangement:
\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
\xc2\xb7 Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
