Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences.
Support in matters related to finance, administration and operational management.
Attend and administer first aid to the students who are feeling unwell or are injured.
Requirements:
GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or its equivalent
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task
Good team player with high level of initiative
Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
3 years experience in School administration
Familiar with at least 2 school/MOE based computer/ online systems
Certified First Aider and AED CPR
