A School Bus Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and manage bus routes, schedules, and daily operations. Coordinate with drivers and vendors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Act as the main contact for parents and school staff, handling feedback and inquiries. Maintain records, prepare reports, and support contract renewals. Adhoc duties

Requirements:



Experience in transport operations Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with GPS or transport software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, especially during emergencies * Preferably based in the
