Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage the daily administrative operations of the school office. Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing excellent customer service. Manage enrollment, registration, and maintain accurate student records and databases. Administrative support to staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports. Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of school events, meetings, and activities. Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
