Details:
Location: Yishun
Working hours: 9am to 6.30pm
Salary: $2000 - $2200
Duration: 6 months (may be converted to MOE contract)
Job Scope:
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
- Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. purchasing supplies).
- Take charge of food catering and ensure setup for school events.
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
- Adhoc request as assigned by reporting officers/
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
