Take responsibility for the effec Key Areas of Responsibilities: - Manage music school operations. Lead the team to achieve targets for school enrolment, intake, and revenue budget. Take responsibility for the effective running of the school operations with optimal result. Train, coach, and guide staff to offer the best service level to all customers for maximum conversion to enrolment and sales. Ensure high delivery standards of customer service. Initiate and implement work schedule to ensure sufficient manpower in the school at all times. Monitor and ensure staff and teachers comply to the school's policies and operational procedures. Ensure prompt and accurate information provided to customers at counter, phone, and email enquiries Maintain close communication with Education team & teachers to ensure fulfilment of teaching hours Teachers' payroll administration Monthly Easy-Time work roster planning Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned. Requirements: - 2- 3 years' experience in the retail/music school industry. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5 days' work week, comfortable to work retail hours including weekends.
