Job Description
Job Scope:
- Daily cleaning of cookery room (cleaning of students and teachers work area, sinks, stove, teachers demonstration table, washing of utensils/equipment used for practical lesson)
- Wash kitchen linens, aprons etc.
- Assist teachers in preparing food before every practical lesson
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, needlework room, FCE teachers room
- Clean the fridge every week
- Take stock of leftover perishable food daily, keep teacher updated
- Take stock of dry stores weekly
- Assist teacher in other ad-hoc FCE-related duties assigned by teachers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as arranged and assigned by the school.
- Preferably with experience in food preparation/handling and/or basic cleaning
- Excellent team-player who is organised, meticulous & the ability to multi-task
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
Contract Period: From 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (option to extend to 31 December 2025)
Working Arrangement:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am - 3.30pm*,
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays and School Holidays (including June, November and December School holidays).
