What the role is:
Lecturer (Food & Beverage Operations)
We are seeking a pastry and baking chef to join our teaching team. We are looking for experienced candidates with a passion to create delicious desserts, pastries and bread. Candidates should have a strong background in culinary arts.
What you will be working on:
Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus.
You will develop curriculum and deliver training programmes based on current industry practices as well as assess students\' performance as individuals and as part of a team.
You will provide support to students through coaching and mentoring.
You will develop, review and deliver pre-employment training and continuing education curriculum related to one or more of the expertise listed below:
