1. This position reports to the Operation Manager and interacts with clients (principals and school teachers) together with Iqkidz Enrichments teachers and Curriculum planners to ensure smooth delivery of Enrichments classes at clients\' premises on a daily basis. It will acquire skills in data management, customer management, teaching materials managment and logistics planning. 2. This individual is able to a) follow up with centres\' requests and schedule teachers\' allocation accordingly based on subject specialisations b) allocate and confirm teachers\' assignments c) ensure effective and timely communication between clients and enrichment teachers d) ensure teaching materials and lesson plans are received by teachers in good order and in good time e) ensure students\' progress reports are completed twice a year in good order and distributed to centres in a timely manner. 3.
