Job Description

The scope of work includes:

(a) Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents;

(b) Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room, such as:

- Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.

- Request forms and stationery for staff use;

(c) Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition;

(d) Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms

- To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman;

(e) To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines; and

(f) Any other administration duties as assigned by school eg sort/ distribute and file documents, cover walk-ins/ calls etc.

Job Requirements

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

a. Candidate preferably have experience in printing and administration duties;

b. Candidate preferably have at least a Pass in WISE English Language Module 4, or equivalent;

c. Candidate should preferably display traits such as service excellence, has a service oriented attitude, is meticulous with details and efficient in meeting work deadlines.

Working Arrangement:

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7 am to 5pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

Fridays: 7 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The work hours may be changed to fit the schedule of the School.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $1,500 to $1,700/month
