Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch. Attending to pupils who are unwell.
Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the reception area.
Preparation and verification of documents over the counter.
Assist in the checking for completeness of student application form submitted and informing of parents on the outcome of application.
Maintain telephone listing of school.
Follow up on collection of Singapore Graduation Certificate for graduated students.
Assist in compiling of daily staff attendance & monthly Staff
Attendance reporting.
Any other duties as assigned by Admin Managers.

Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 11.45am
