Manage the reception counter and keep the reception area tidy, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies to create a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.
Receive visitors (including parents, students, teachers, vendors, etc.) and provide customer service support to them in a professional and prompt manner.
Manage incoming calls, screen and redirect calls to the relevant personnel or taking messages and scheduling appointments to facilitate effective communication between school personnel and stakeholders.
Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier deliveries to ensure timely correspondence.
Supporting the Sick Bay
Attend to unwell or injured students who are brought to the sick bay in a prompt and caring manner.
Other Administrative Support:
Perform data entry, records keeping and photocopying documents.
Provide basic administrative support to school leaders.
Assist the curricular and co-curricular departments by sorting and packing teaching materials or leaflets etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the school.
Job Requirement:
Preferably possess 3 years of working experiences as a receptionist or in customer service. Relevant previous working experiences in a school setting will be advantageous.
Preferably display a well-mannered, friendly and approachable demeanour.
Preferably possesses good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Location: Woodlands / Admiralty Area
Duration: 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8am to 5:30pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
