Perseverance, dedication and flexibility are must.Requirements: You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary Being able to engage and motivate students Being proactive; showing initiative Punctuality Good time management skills Excellent communication skills Good problem-solving skills At least a bachelor's degree from well known universities and at least 3 years of teaching experience. PhD or Master's degree in Maths would be a major advantage. Understanding the 'concept' of tuition centers, this is an education -yet service-oriented industry, each student is treated as an individual, and not a 'number'. Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods.**Important note: **We are only looking for Local full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 3,500 SGD to 7,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.Duties: Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students' needs Providing (written) feedback on student progress Developing curriculum materials Identifying learning obstacles Supervising students during peak hours Other ad hoc tasksWork schedule The work schedule is five or six days a week depending on candidate's availability. 09:30 to 20:30 on weekdays; 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends.
