Location: Singapore, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor weekly TAT Exchanges / Loan and all adhoc Exchange requests
• Responsible for fulfilling Contracts\xe2\x80\x99 replenishments
• Support Advance / AOG / MEGHAS Exchanges & Loan
• Periodic stock analysis
• Meeting operational / contractual commitments to external & internal customers
• Proper updating of records in SAP or Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Responsible for the Exchange / Loan & Contract Operation activities
• To perform 24/7 AOG support
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain management or related field
• Flexible to work after office hours when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Outlook application
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
• Possess good and effective email writing skills to external & internal customers

Other information:

• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
• Contract for 1 year (Renewable / convertible based on business requirements)
