Job Description
:
- 6 Months Contract
- Work Location: Changi, multiple transports \xef\xbb\xbfpickup points (Pasir ris, Tampines, Tanah Merah, Bedok, Sengkang, Yishun, Buona vista)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Extract transactions from SAP using transaction codes.
- Downloading and convert data into Excel format
- Data massaging in Excel to detect variance
- Verify discrepancies with suppliers
- Data analysis
- Summarize and provide justifications for variances
- Presenting result in PowerPoint at meetings
- Adhoc task assigned within the team
- Diploma / Degree with supply chain management or related study is advantage
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (using pivot, VLOOKUP, sum)
- Able to work in a fast paced MNC environment
