Summary Do you have a passion for travel, passion for innovating and passion for doing things differently?Are you willing to take little risks to achieve big dreams?If thats you, take the leap and join our Scoot Tech-Talent Experiential Programme (STEP) as a SCOOTechie!Our Scoot Tech-Talent Experiential Programme (STEP) is a two-year accelerated Technology Graduate Programme that aims to equip young talents with in-demand technical skillsets with a deep understanding between business and technology and be part of Scoots transformation into a tech leader within aviation industry.As a SCOOTechie, you will STEP up quickly through on-the-job trainings and job rotations across technology roles within different agile squads to have an all-rounded experience. Upon graduation, you will choose a role to master within it.What to expect during the 24-month STEP journey:A curated suite of Learning Programmes to equip yourself with the necessary skills and competenciesExperiential learning by driving IT projects and implementing innovative solutionsStructured rotations across roles such as Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, DeveloperGuidance from a dedicated mentor to achieve your long-term career goalsWhat are we looking for in a SCOOTechie:You have graduated / are graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology with Honours or equivalent, from a renowned university ORYou have a Bachelors Degree with Honours or equivalent, from other disciplines and have keen passion and proficiency in codingYoure looking for your first role within technology or you have working experience of not more than a year at the point of July 2025Youre independent, pro-active and willing to take initiative to do and learn from othersYou have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, a collaborative mindset to work within cross-functional teamsYoure versatile; ambiguity and complexity totally excite youYoure an AV and IT geek - strong passion for Aviation industry and would love to contribute to technology innovation (If you have any personal projects to share with us, we would love to have a look!)To become a SCOOTechie:You will go through a series of online technical coding assessment, cognitive and personality testsSuccessful candidates who pass the initial round of selection will be invited for an onsite Assessment Centre in March 2025The STEP Programme will commence in July 2025Do you have what it takes to be a SCOOTechie?
