Upon graduation, you will choose a role to master within it.What to expect during the 24-month STEP journey:A curated suite of Learning Programmes to equip yourself with the necessary skills and competenciesExperiential learning by driving IT projects and implementing innovative solutionsStructured rotations across roles such as Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, DeveloperGuidance from a dedicated mentor to achieve your long-term career goalsWhat are we looking for in a SCOOTechie:You have graduated / are graduating with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology with Honours or equivalent, from a renowned university ORYou have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with Honours or equivalent, from other disciplines and have keen passion and proficiency in codingYou\xe2\x80\x99re looking for your first role within technology or you have working experience of not more than a year at the point of July 2025You\xe2\x80\x99re independent, pro-active and willing to take initiative to do and learn from othersYou have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, a collaborative mindset to work within cross-functional teamsYou\xe2\x80\x99re versatile; ambiguity and complexity totally excite youYou\xe2\x80\x99re an AV and IT geek \xe2\x80\x93 strong passion for Aviation industry and would love to contribute to technology innovation (If you have any personal projects to share with us, we would love to have a look!)To become a SCOOTechie:You will go through a series of online technical coding assessment, cognitive and personality testsSuccessful candidates who pass the initial round of selection will be invited for an onsite Assessment Centre in March 2025The STEP Programme will commence in July 2025Do you have what it takes to be a SCOOTechie?
