Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead agile squad(s) to perform the daily ritual.
• Highlight any roadblocks to project manager or clear it as and when possible.
• Work closely with business users and technical team from user stories till the actual implementation.
• Ensure proper tracking of all documentation such as User Stories and design work framework.
• End-to-end responsibility for each sprint with sprint planning and retrospective review, and agreed amongst the squad members on the Definition of Done (requirements, concepts, preparation and execution of tests, analysis of test results).
• Responsible to work with application development teams and coordinate across other application stakeholders such as Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
• Candidate see himself/herself as a change champion for driving Agile transformation and guide teams to adopt new ways of working with an Agile mindset to deliver world-class products.
• Candidate have hands-on knowledge of applying Agile frameworks within teams and are open to experimentation & process adaptation to what works for the team.
• Candidate are a stickler for Agile metrics, Transparency and Continuous Improvement.
• Candidate are comfortable and confident to identify and surface team dysfunctions and impediments and drive the remediation.
• Candidate collaborate with the Product Owner and all personas in the squad to influence best practices of Backlog Management.
• Candidate appreciate and understand the importance of Engineering Excellence, DevOps, BDD & TDD and can guide teams to adopt best practices in these areas and build quality in delivery.
• Candidate are well versed with tools for visualisation & collaboration and use these as part of facilitation to create a more engaging experience for the team.
• Candidate guide teams to a strong discipline of using tools such as JIRA to increase transparency and team alignment.
• Candidate believe in continuous learning and keep himself/herself updated of the latest trends in Agile.
• Candidate have excellent communication and persuasion skills, and use these effectively to motivate the team to be high performing.
