Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also identify and report progress using appropriate metrics. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.


Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement. Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for enhancement. Lead by example in adopting Agile principles and practices within the team. Encourage team members to take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive team culture.

Requirememnts:

Advanced proficiency in Object Oriented Application Design & Development is required.


Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Application Design and Design & Build Enablement is suggested.
