Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the Scrum or equivalent team, including any engaged subcontractors, in alignment with Epic/User Stories, ensuring deliverables\' adherence.
• Maintain punctuality and adherence to timeboxes for all Scrum events.
• Foster effective discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Eliminate impediments hindering the Scrum or equivalent team\'s progress.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, nurturing their growth.
• Uphold collaborative processes, promoting their effective utilization.
• Document and align review discussions with stakeholders, establishing a clear record of team decisions.
• Enforce consistency and coherence across diverse work items produced by the team.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards throughout the process.
• Record all development and maintenance activities, maintaining accurate administrative and accounting records for the Project Period.
• Generate and present comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.
• Create requisite report artifacts essential for governance team assessment.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of three (3) years\' experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Hold a First Level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM 1, or equivalent).
• Understand that the Scrum Master role is distinct from the traditional Project Manager, acting as a process facilitator with deep insight into Scrum\'s nuances.
• Demonstrate a track record of completing projects or deploying systems of substantial scope and scale; domain-specific knowledge is a plus.
• Exhibit proficient knowledge of the end-to-end development process, spanning the full stack.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis practices to enhance project comprehension.
• Possess strong facilitation, coaching, planning, and management skills.
• Exhibit effective communication skills in English.
