About the Role:

We are looking for a

Techno-Functional Scrum Master

with a strong blend of

technical acumen

,

functional Supply Chain knowledge

, and

Agile leadership expertise

. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding distributed Agile teams, ensuring successful delivery across complex, cross-functional projects, particularly involving teams based in

Singapore and the US

.



This role demands hands-on Agile coaching, technical fluency, and the ability to bridge gaps between business and technology teams. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and senior stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Champion Agile principles and

coach teams

on best practices. Facilitate core

Scrum ceremonies

: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog grooming. Coordinate cross-functional teams across

Singapore and US

. Foster a

high-performing team culture

through servant leadership and removing blockers. Engage with technical teams in

Python, Data Engineering, AI/ML

to support delivery and ensure sprint goals are met. Collaborate with

Product Owners

to ensure backlog health, sprint planning, and alignment to business goals. Support smooth

DevOps operations

, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment stability. Manage and configure Agile tools like

Azure DevOps (ADO)

or

JIRA

for reporting, tracking, and workflow management. Provide

hands-on support in technical discussions

, architectural decisions, and troubleshooting when necessary. Ensure timely

communication of risks

, dependencies, and progress to leadership. Align teams with

Supply Chain Management

requirements and functional expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years

of overall professional experience.

6+ years

as a

Scrum Master

in Agile/SAFe environments. Proven experience managing

distributed teams

across

Singapore and US

time zones. Experience with

cloud platforms

(e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. Exposure to

data governance and security compliance

in distributed systems. Experience leading technical projects in

Python, Data Engineering, and AI/ML

domains. Background in

techno-functional roles

, able to work closely with engineers and business teams. Strong domain knowledge in

Supply Chain Management systems/processes

. Proficient in

Agile tools

: Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, or similar. Familiarity with

DevOps practices

: CI/CD, code promotion, deployment pipelines. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

with the ability to resolve complex issues. Skilled in

Agile metrics and KPIs

tracking and interpretation. SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist). PMP or equivalent project management certification.
