About the role
We are on the hunt for an ambitious and hungry person to assist with coaching and training our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in SEA whilst achieving their own personal SDR targets, to help fulfil our international sales strategy. You will be leading a team with our SDR Manager, overseeing 15 inbound SDRs across SEA. (Singapore and Malaysia)
Reporting to the SEA SDR Manager, and a part of the sales leadership team, this position is a remote role. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining a highly engaged, motivated and driven sales team that is primarily responsible for converting SMEs to our HR/FinTech platform, Employment Hero, and generating new sales opportunities across our broader product suite.
Our SDRs play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with AEs, generating interest, attending events, qualifying prospects and booking demos.
The role will have a 50% focus on team coaching and strategy with another 50% focus on selling to set the pace and lead by example. This is an amazing opportunity to really develop your sales career through training and development whilst supporting and learning from the sales team.
