Ability to handle and resolve issue before escalating to management. . Ensure all work meets government and customer compliance. . Attend meeting with customer and internal /external audit. . Abilities to handle claims, conduct incident and preventive report. . Provide quotation to customers. . Negotiate rates with customer / suppliers. . Manage supplier performance. . Responsible for department P/L. . Responsible department staff / operation quality, safety, and compliance.
