Nuverse is a game development and publishing brand for players and developers around the world. With the mission of "Inspire Creativity, Enrich Life", we are dedicated to serving gamers worldwide, helping 1 billion gamers play and create together in amazing virtual worlds.

In order to better connect our game with players in different regions of the world, we need to cooperate with partners in various regions. For now, we\'re focusing on the exploration of mobile and PC gaming channels in Southeast Asia and looking for an enthusiastic professional who is interested in the game publishing business to support our cooperation with local institutions in Southeast Asia.
1. Analyze player characteristics, ecology, and user scenarios in Southeast Asia, formulate medium- to long-term operational iteration strategies, and improve the coverage and penetration of target players through operational means to promote the growth of DAU and revenue of relevant products in the region;
2. Based on the community, design daily communication and activities that are close to users, building upon the existing foundation;
3. Understand local channels, suppliers, and other resources in Southeast Asia, verify and output successful cases through project landing, and promote resource cooperation across projects;
4. Coordinate the collaboration between the Chinese team and the regional team, responsible for building, managing, talent development, cultural, and incentive construction of the regional team.
1. Bachelor\'s degree or above, with 5 or more years of overseas regional or game operation experience, and 3 or more years of team management experience;
2. Skilled in coordinating complex projects or teams, with sensitive insights and understanding of people;
3. Strong communication skills;
4. Deep understanding of various types of game products and users, with relevant work experience as a plus.
