We are looking for a SEA Ecommerce Operations Manager to be part of our exciting Nespresso Regional team. In this role, you will build a thorough view on how consumers are engaging with all Nespresso digital touchpoints through data and analytics, lead key Ecommerce projects and support markets to drive Ecommerce Channel growth in SEA.

A day in the life of\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, providing insight & recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales
  • Work with and support markets in development of Ecommerce strategy
  • Utilise multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
  • Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios in partnership with the eCommerce Coordinator
  • Continuously track and optimize online acquisition campaigns in partnership with the Acquisition Coordinator
  • Ensure all eBusiness activities & KPIs are tracked and aligned with CRM team
  • Provide detailed analysis of path to registration and path to purchase to improve conversion funnel
  • Provide detailed analysis of merchandising zones performance to refine understanding of winning combinations (menu/pages/section/placement/creative)
  • Work closely with markets to improve online customer journey
  • Support and lead Operational Ecommerce projects in the S.E.A. markets
  • Support in recruitment & onboarding of Ecommerce Managers in S.E.A markets
  • Coach & guide the Ecommerce teams in markets
  • Support market key projects including marketplace expansion and new digital channels including upgrades in markets
  • Foster a Performance Lab community with the market\'s digital acquisition specialists
  • Promote a culture of testing and optimizing digital media using data-driven insights
  • Build Regional JBPs & proposals with tech & media partners; Google, Facebook, Affiliate, SEM/SEO
  • Support new market openings with ownership on eCommerce function (Rollout, Analytics & Performance Marketing)
  • Liase with internal teams (HQ eCommerce, IT and Markets) to define project task list, coordinate content, follow-up on implementation and participate in testing and validation
  • Conduct induction and sharing of best practices & recommendations to new agent markets on Rollout, Analytics and Performance Marketing topics
  • Foster a data-driven mindset among market\'s Digital stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of testing (A/B testing, iterative approaches, etc...)
  • Build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy
  • Share Web Analytics insights and recommendation at market level and to the Global Community through available sharing platforms (e.g. Nespresso eCommerce Chatter Group)
  • Deliver reports & dashboards to monitor the digital performance of the eChannel
  • Produce regular reporting and periodic research into key consumer segments and digital product usage
  • Conduct regular reviews on eCommerce business together with markets
  • Define & Optimize main KPIs to support eChannels monitoring
  • Setup & maintain regular eCommerce KPI reports to send to stakeholders
  • Produce Monthly/Quarterly/Annual eBusiness KPI dashboards with associated insights.
  • Actively share best practice learnings across markets and from Global on monthly basis
What will make you successful
  • Degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance required
  • 5-7 years of experience with web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis
  • 3-4 years of experience with A/B and MV testing management
  • Advanced proficiency in predictive modeling, forecasting and other statistical analyses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Cognos and related data-analysis software
  • Advanced eCRM expertise.
  • Stakeholder Management in a matrix organization
  • Experience in a multi national, cross channel environment a plus
