Role and Responsibilities
- Execute import and export shipment end to end.
- Ability to handle both LCL and FCL shipments.
- Arranging for DO and B/L collection.
- Handle multiple shipments end to end at the same time.
- Able to handle freight forwarding operations independently.
- Timely and accurate scheduling of bookings.
- Arranging Customs clearance and documentation.
- Submit shipping instructions.
- Monitor suppliers\' invoices and performance.
- Complete job costing and billing.
- Follow company SOPs and achieve KPIs.
