Job Description


The role is responsible for completion of requests including due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposal (RFPs) and request for information in order to support the firm\xe2\x80\x99s institutional and intermediary business in the Asia Pacific region. The role is responsible for managing the entire proposal process and is the key contributor to client acquisition and retention efforts. The incumbent will work with different stakeholders to ensure that the projects are completed in an efficient and effective manner, and with responsibility for helping ensure that the broader team delivers timely, accurate, high-quality documents that meet the needs and expectations of internal and external clients.

To succeed in this role, you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

  • Strong asset management RFP experience, preferably in a global environment
  • Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience
  • Good understanding of institutional and retail asset management, plus strong knowledge of financial markets globally
  • Detailed understanding and experience of the formal RFP process, including clients\xe2\x80\x99 and consultants\xe2\x80\x99 evaluation processes
  • University degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • CFA or other professional financial qualification or equivalent knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team-player, tactful and diplomatic
