Provide secretarial, financial, and general administrative support to the office.
Process, check and documentation of financial documents and staff's business travel claims.
Raise invoice for project reimbursement claims.
Assist in the scheduling of appointments and meetings, and resolve schedule conflicts if any.
Arrange business travels and process related claims for business trips.
Liaise, arrange and prepare meetings, its agendas, materials and logistics.
Record minutes of meetings where required.
Arrange for Zoom/MS Teams sessions with counterparts.
Assist to prepare presentation slides.
Provide office administrative support (daily distribution of incoming and outgoing mails, manage and procure office supplies and equipment, etc)
Perform reception duties and attend to visitors.
Other duties as and when assigned.
Note:
Location: Jurong
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Able to start work immediately.
Duration: Minimum 4-5 months
Minimum 2 years of secretarial/ administrative or related experience is required.
