Perform secretarial and general administrative duties, including manage reports, correspondence and documents ii. Scheduling of meetings/appointments and ensuring meetings are organised and minuted iii. Handling calls and filing of documents, preparing of meeting materials iv. Manage calendar schedules, meetings, conference calls and overseas travel and travel reports v. Prepare the agenda in consultation with the management and collate documents for all the meetings for the directors vi. Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters vii. Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company.
Requisites required of the applicant are:- a. Preferably a Japanese native who is proficient in written and spoken English; ability to translate Japanese/English documents; b. Proficient in Word processing and Excel spreadsheet; c. Excellent interpersonal skills.
