Job Description

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining claim documents and electronic files, and providing information to clients.Principal Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope responsibility
  • Monitors all handled cases of the department (Open & Closed Cases)
  • perform word processing activities such as drafting, finalizing and printing copies of correspondence or claims reports for release
  • Photocopying, Filing and Safekeeping claims documents per folder
  • Posting of petty cash vouchers prepared by the Claims Handling Staff
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Computer Secretarial or any related four (4) year courses
  • Must have at least six (60 months of clerical or secretarial experience
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Computer literate
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 07/25/2022
