Job Description

Company Secretary (In-House)Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial and CorpPass duties of the listed entity and other Singapore incorporated subsidiaries.
  • Organise and attend the quarterly board meeting (using online board portal) and general shareholder meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Provide professional corporate secretarial advisory to board members.
  • Maintain and update the statutory records and company website.
  • Organise director training, where appropriate.
  • Coordinate the production of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Liaise with lawyers, auditors, corporate service providers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms, and public listed companies
  • Bachelor's Degree and Graduate of ICSA
  • Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and work well under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese with good verbal and written communication skills.
