Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel and appointments with internal/external stakeholders.
Scheduling, planning of meeting agenda, taking and distributing minutes of meetings, etc.
Handling mails and confidential materials, manage booking and setting-up of meeting room for meetings/events, drafting and sending of invitation to visitors, etc.
Make travel arrangements which include but not limited to reservations, booking of air tickets, accommodation, conference rooms, facilities, etc.
Assist with the submission of reimbursement claims and the collation of supporting documents.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Note:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Location: Jurong
Able to start work immediately.
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience.
