Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department
Coordinate internal and external meetings and presentations
Take minutes of department meetings
Prepare expenses report, hotel bookings and flight ticket
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Jobs Requirement
Minimum Diploma and above with 3 years of relevant working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skill
IT savvy with good knowledge in MS Office applications
