Jobs Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and presentations
  • Take minutes of department meetings
  • Prepare expenses report, hotel bookings and flight ticket
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Jobs Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma and above with 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • IT savvy with good knowledge in MS Office applications
