Job Description

:

• Lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee all SSG IT Infrastructure activities.
• Collaborate with other Sections, Departments, and Siltronic Site Managers to achieve company objectives.
• Guide and supervise team members, providing necessary training and development.
• Assist the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT-Infrastructure budgets.
• Ensure all systems under your responsibility are well-maintained and operate efficiently, both technically and economically.
• Set local IT Infrastructure priorities in line with business needs and global objectives.
• Collaborate with Global Service Managers to formulate and execute local IT Infrastructure strategies based on global directions.
• Participate in the IT-International organization, ensuring effective communication with other Siltronic sites.

Requirements:

• MS/BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with at least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in writing and documentation.
• Excellent team player.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure, including LINUX (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
