Job Description

The Section Leader, Rail Security Operations shall perform the following duties/tasks assigned to him/her:

a. Section leader to permanent and relief TSOs.

a. Main Point-of-Contact (POC) for Transit Security Officers (TSOs) deployed at the respective stations at Downtown Line (DTL) / North-East Line (NEL) and Dragnet Operations Department at HQ.

b. Receive instructions and directions from Command Centre during attendance-taking and shift hours.

c. Manage all personnel matters/issues at the respective sites, aligned to directions from Operations Executive(s), Transit Security Cluster and executive decisions by Head of Operations, Operations Department.

d. Conduct supervisory checks on TSOs and serviceability checks on all equipment / tools deployed. To expeditiously report any personnel infringements to Operations Executive(s), Transit Security Cluster upon knowledge and/or notification by Client.

e. Conduct preliminary investigation(s) and submit first incident report(s) to Operations Executive(s) for further action when incidents of interest occur at the respective sites.

f. Support Operations Executive(s), Transit Security Cluster in the conduct of safety and security audits at the respective sites.

g. Support Training Manager(s), Transit Security Cluster in the conduct of On-Job-Training (Theory/Site) and six-monthly refresher training for TSOs.

h. Any tasks/duties assigned by Operation Executive(s), Transit Security Cluster and directed by Head of Operations, Operations Department.

Working Days:-

5.5 days Per Week (Monday to Saturday) -
