Drive product vision and capabilities . Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them . Conduct requirements-gathering activities using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews . Support the development team by describing and documenting the business requirements . Assist in project management and quality control, delivery and maintenance of business and system requirements . Stakeholder management - identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements Your team : You'll be working with the Inventory Services pod, which is a key team in our Securities Financing and Optimization crew. The mission of the Inventory Services pod is to develop and maintain cross-entity, cross-business and asset class views of the inventory pools within the UBS Investment Bank. The pod also manages relevant restrictions and classifications of the inventory. The location for this role is in Singapore. The Inventory Services pod is a talented, mature and supportive global team, distributed amongst UK, US, Poland, India and APAC, working to embed the unified model of Agile@UBS as we take our platform to the cloud. The pod is a complete functional delivery team consisting of Developers, Product Owners, Product Managers, SMEs, QA, IT architects and Scrum Masters. Your expertise : . Established product manager . Experience in the financial industry: experience with real-time inventory systems is a plus . Track record of leading cross functional teams in an Agile development environment, with a desire to extend this understanding throughout the organization . Client-focused and experienced in understanding and delivering on the needs of our clients . Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail . Adaptable, able to work across cross-functional teams and functions . Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to change behaviours . Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, GitLab and JIRA . Able to communicate complex issues across a diverse audience, including developers, QA and internal stakeholders . Able to effectively manage competing priorities and tight delivery timelines . Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for products
