Responsibilities

• Provide the Presales/delivery for the opportunities around ICS/SCADA/IoT security consulting services/Tech solution implementation.
• Prepare proposals/statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating NERA\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by engaging clients and partners throughout pre & post sales lifecycle; from providing general ICS/SCADA/IoT security solutions briefings, to capturing customer technical & business needs, proposing technical solution, selection of products, scoping resources, effort & associated costs for the outcome needed to deliver successful business value outcome by achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
• You are required to deliver ICS/SCADA/IoT related consulting engagements and ensure client expectations are met by quality project delivery within agreed time and budget.
• Proactively participate in developing NERA\xe2\x80\x99s Security market-driven competitive service offerings around ICS/SCADA, IOT managed or security consulting related areas for developing content while working with cross-functioning teams including professional services, product management, sales and marketing.
• Proactively engage with clients and industry on providing latest ICS/SCADA/IoT security trends, changes in the threat landscape, and NERA\xe2\x80\x99s Security products and services offering in internal/external events and publish content on ICS/SCADA/IoT security topics.
• Ensure both soft/hard personal skills are kept up to date (e.g. maintaining certs via CPEs, attending trainings, vendor briefings, webinars etc.) for successful execution of role.
• Ability and willingness to travel per business needs. Physically fit to visit critical infrastructure and remote plant sites.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems and technology from some of major automation vendors (e.g. Yokogawa, Siemens, Honeywell, Emerson, ABB, BOSCH etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
