Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to review and monitor the NW/Security related activities in GCC.
  • Review the recommendations from CSP’s and implement the necessary changes to improve the scores and work with the respective teams to improve the security posture of the cloud resources.
  • Work remotely to support factory IP network design and infrastructure
  • Interface with corporate IT security teams to understand project and brief factory cyber team accordingly
  • Support sites to implement Firewalls to an assured design and coach sites on how to transition the networks behind the firewall
  • Where possible recommend new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
  • Support sites to install, configure network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP linked to the firewall installation
  • Advise on what/how to procure network equipment and work with subcontractors involved with network installation
  • Ensure the configuration of firewalls, routing and switching are installed to maximize network efficiency and security
  • Support the network if issue or troubleshooting is required linked to the firewall installation
  • Investigate faults in the network if linked to deployment of firewalls
  • Report network status to key stakeholders
  • Assist with integration of existing OT network into firewall topology

Job Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of Azure experience working on LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN technologies
  • Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
  • Hands on experience in the deployment of Fixed Communication networks in Security domain
  • Familiar with various protocol in TCP/IP, VLAN, RADIUS, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and overlay technology in EVPN, VRF-Lite, VXLAN, etc
  • Proven working experience on routers and switches
  • Familiar with industry best practices in network security and implementation of security hardening on various platforms
  • Possess good knowledge in the support, design, and product aspects of firewalls
  • Efficient learning capabilities with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and oral presentation skills
