Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure the safety of the premises and personnel.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activity.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
- Control access to the property and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
- Conduct security checks of equipment and facilities.
- Provide assistance to clients and visitors when needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Good physical condition and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Prior experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
- Having vehicle maintenance and repair skill is preferrable.
- Able to travel with short notice.
- Able to commnucation with Mandarin Speaking assicoates and customers.
