Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols to monitor store premises.
- Assist in the supervision of in-house security personnel and Agency guard services.
- Performs rotating & night shift-duty to provide security and patrol company premises according to specified procedures.
- Inspection & monitoring of security passes & goods at selected locations
- Render assistance in emergencies & investigations
- Detect and deter theft and fraudulent activities.
- Respond to and report any security incidents or emergencies.
- Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety and security checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Interact with customers and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests.
- Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a WSQ Certificate in Security Operations
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and Public holidays.
