SPECIFIC

• Lead a team of in-house and outsourced security supervisors and officers in managing daily security and car park operations.
• Recruitment, selection, induction, motivation, supervision and training of staff.
• Manage staff overtime, medical claims, roster, attendance and deployment.
• Conduct Total Performance Management of security staff.
• Plan and prepare learning needs analysis, operating and capital budget.
• Manage and control approved departmental budget to ensure fiscal soundness.
• Ensure Security and Car park operation comply to operating procedure and re-accreditation requirements.
• Ensure all documents are reviewed and updated periodically.
• Conduct incident investigation and make recommendation for preventive action.
• Conduct security risk assessment and audit and implement measures to mitigate the risk.
• Manage VVIP visits.
• Manage crowd and traffic control during fire drill.
• Liaise with appointed contractor(s)/service provider(s) on all security, car park system maintenance and servicing.
• Contract administration/renewal including preparation of specifications, RFP/Q, evaluation of service providers.
• Initiate and take on improvement work projects including preparation of specifications, RFP/Q, evaluation of service providers.
• Planning on security for any new development buildings for Health City Novena Campus.
• Attend to feedback and complaints from patient, public or staff promptly and professionally.
• Oversees night inpatient visitor registration.
• Be a change agent and inculcate mindset change for Hospital-wide/Departmental level initiatives and establish a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.

REQUIREMENT :

• Preferably Degree & above in relevant discipline.
• Preferably 3 years & above of relevant experience or working in Healthcare environment.
