Job Description

• Basic salary range up to $6000
• 5 days work week ( Office hours )
• Working location : Town

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures to protect the store\'s assets, including merchandise, employees, and customers.
• Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring effective staffing, training, and supervision to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities and develop proactive measures to mitigate those risks.
• Monitor and analyze security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and establish strong relationships to ensure a quick response and effective resolution to any security-related incidents.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in security management, and implement necessary improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the store.
• Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, and thefts, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Develop and conduct security training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of security consciousness throughout the store.

Requirements

• Min diploma
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in a retail or departmental store environment.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and procedures, with a focus on loss prevention and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and supervise a security team.
• Proficient in utilizing security technologies, such as CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations and effectively respond to emergencies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including store management, employees, and external authorities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid security certification or license, as required by local regulations.
