• Lead the security practice, providing direction and guidance to security teams and professionals.
• Drive the growth and development of the security practice, including the creation of new services and solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored security solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of security services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients, positioning the organization as a leader in the security domain.
• Manage security risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities.
• Lead Opportunity creation, opportunity progression, and opportunity closure in the Security & Resiliency domain with a select set of clients or Industry sectors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the security practice.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and in the media as a security expert.
• Work with Consult Partners and Solutions teams across local geographies to provide content to drive deals.
• Demonstrate Kyndryl credentials in more than 2 of the core Cybersecurity capability domains SSRC, IAM, Threat Management, SoC, Application and Data, Infrastructure Endpoint, and Mobile Security or OT / ICS Security.
• Design and architect security solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Recommend and implement security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
• Develop risk management strategies and frameworks.
• Work closely with the local solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs.
• Become a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, and client references.
• Become a recognized thought leader in one of the core domains, utilizing conferences, white papers, and client presentations to build awareness of Kyndryl\'s credentials.
• Be accountable for driving signings in the ASEAN market
• Participate in project delivery to varying degrees depending on project complexity
• Help resolve project issues as they arise
• Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security & Resiliency Services portfolio.
• Build and develop a high-performing security team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities.
• Set performance goals for the security practice and ensure they are met.
• Provide leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement.
• Contribute content and advice to the offering development process
• Help shape the emerging model of the global Security practice

Delivery

• Take ownership of end-end delivery of security work for client and ensure what\'s sold is getting delivered to satisfaction of client and 10/10 Net Promoter Score from client, and delight clients.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on helping organize project approaches and teams for client delivery
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Help resolve project issues as they arise
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio

• Help establish capability and skills models for the core domains

• Required Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with Strong Consulting proven track record
• Proven experience in managing security practices, client engagements.
• Strong Systems Integration proven track record
• Strong Complex Solutioning proven track record
• Strong Delivery proven track record
• Strong Sales/Pre-sales proven track record
• Strong Practice/Offering building proven track record
• Strong track record in building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
• At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in projects related to the core domains
• Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions
• Experience working with Security practitioners
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Readiness to travel 50-75%
• English: Fluent

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• 5+ years of management consulting experience
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• One or more security certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM,CEH, Security+, GMON, GSEC, ISO27K, etc.
