Lark Trust & Safety
The Trust & Safety team in Lark helps to ensure the security and privacy of our platform so that our customer can focus in managing their businesses effectively while having a seamless collaboration experience.

• Identify, assess, and define risk points of Lark business scenarios, design risk control processes, and provide security solutions
• Work closely with Lark global cross-functional teams (Global legal, SaaS, data analytics, product, R & D)
• Build Lark Trust & Safety KPI system, including but not limited to core indicators such as risk, efficiency, quality and experience,
• Monitor product and business performance with data-centric approach
• Undertake the role of moderation operation & project manager to ensure the smooth implementation and long-term operation of product functions; through the review and analysis of report & appeal contents from Lark overseas users, precipitate risk control methodology and empower risk product operation.
• University degree or equivalent. MBA will be an advantage
• Relevant experience in risk management specifically in product management /operation/project management
• Relevant experience working with internet companies is highly preferred
• Proven track record in risk control strategy design and operation
• Knowledge in data analytics and visualization tool
• Strong management skillset and able work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
