Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Security Solution Engineer to work with technical manager in achieving project SLA.
What Will You Do
- To work closely with the technical manager or Team lead in achieving project SLA.
- To understand and identify customer challenges in customer IT Security domain.
- To perform Installation, configuration, and response to IT Security Post Sale Support.
- To perform hands-on Various Security solutions deployment.
- To do technical writing and presentation.
- At least an N Level, O Level and Diploma in computer science, information technology or similar.
- Preferably with at least CCNA or any security certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Security or other security technologies.
- Having experience in Security best practice assessment and security architecture design will be added advantage.
- Having experience in Post-sale Security Solutions will be added advantage.
- Career change candidates are welcomed.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
