Job Description

Be part of the pre-opening team of PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD SINGAPORE to redefine the city\'s landscape. Reporting to the Asst/Security Manager, the Security Team Leader is expected to maintain law and order as well as protect lives and property on a daily basis and during situations of crisis, theft, vandalism, misappropriation, fire, flood or disasters. Expectations:

• Conduct routine patrols with his team, looking out for suspicious persons, fires, mischiefs or safety hazards.
• Ensure the physical safety of the property by checking that all doors, windows, lights, equipment, locks and emergency equipment are locked to prevent any unlawful entry and responds to any distress calls and alarms.
• Ensure all the fire alarm and security systems, such as main fire alarm/ sub alarm panel, public address system, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and panic alarm, lightings are working properly and report any breakdown or defect
• Assist guests and associates with their requests for security assistance. While on patrol, assist guests with luggages if Front Office Associates are not available.
• Brief incoming shift Associate and update of information and development as part of handover of duties
• Report any unlawful activities such as trespassing, theft or mischief to law enforcement officers. Conduct investigations of any incident and/or suspicious activities and prepare incident reports for follow up action
• In the absence of the Assistant Security Manager, he will assist to attend the Operations meeting, Weekly meeting and Fire Safety meeting as required

We are looking for an eagle eyed Security professional who is passionate about keeping the safety and security of others and the Hotel. Minimally with at least 3 years of experience either in Security or Police Force and in possession of GCE N/O Levels certification. Other than physical surveillance be able to interact with our guests as our Ambassadors.
