Job Description

• Position : Property/Facilities/Dormitory Officer (PLRD)
• Location :Toh Guan-5 stops from Clementi MRT
• Working hours : 5.5 days (1.00pm-10.00pm, 11.00pm-8.00am) - Rotating off day (1 week work 5 days, 1 week work 6 days)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 Basic + $400 allowance + OT + AWS + Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Property management - Listed company

Main Responsibilities:

• Enforce Safe Living Measures (SLM) i.e. safe distancing measures, segregation controls and all Covid -19 restrictions
• Ensure only authorized residents with valid passes are allowed into the dormitory
• Conduct random checks on workers\xe2\x80\x99 belongings to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into living domain
• Assist to maintain and update security records
• Perform security patrols and assist to regulate traffic flow
• Ensure that only authorized vehicles are allowed to park in the premises
• Ensure residents adhere to dormitory rules and take action against offending workers
• Conduct room inspections and verify that only authorized persons reside in the units
• Assist with enrolment duties after office house hours, weekends and PH
• Assist in isolation/sick bay cases and follow up with Operations Executive
• Participate in fire safety drills and emergency exercises
• Assist with crowd management
• Assist to perform any other security and duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level or equivalent
• Preferably possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) Security License
• Able to work 9-hour rotating afternoon and night shifts
