Job Description


Role Responsibilities
The segment management manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Personal Banking segment to drive client and revenue growth in the youth and mass market customers by creating scalable and profitable customer propositions covering everyday banking, wealth and insurance products through research and analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic client value propositions and marketing campaigns to support business strategy and deliver key metrics.
  • Leverage data to understand customer segments and identify opportunities to improve profitability and client experience.
  • Identify customers with high lifetime value and use marketing/digital tools to keep customers engaged and moving through the conversion funnels.
  • Develop client journeys and communication strategies (define type of messages and when to deliver), multi-channel content for customer life-cycle management to strengthen engagement and new sales with customer segments.
  • Work with analytics, digital and product teams to develop dashboards that provide actionable insights into customer segments and campaigns/initiative outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 3 years of experience in a financial institution retail segment management or product management position.
  • University degree or comparable business experience.
  • Strong data analysis; able to understand and translate data into meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills and able to work across all levels and functions.
  • Proactive, results oriented.
