Oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
Manage accounts payable and receivable duties, such as preparing invoices, issuing payments, filing, and bookkeeping.
Track and manage cash flow, handle bank reconciliations, and conduct general record-keeping.
Prepare annual documents for IRAS filing in collaboration with an external accountant.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for Directors and Shareholders.
Prepare financial statement forecasts, cash budgets, and submit GST reports.
Ensure corporate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide admin & HR support including preparation of Payroll
Responsible for the oversight of onboarding/resignation management of employees and facilitation of office related affairs such as application of pass, employee\'s claims, compliance checks
Organize office supplies, pantry management, and vendor coordination.
Carry out and assume any other duties or responsibilities
The Successful ApplicantCollege or Professional Certificate/Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or related field * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing full-sets of accounts, administrative matters.
Independent and reliable, with a high sense of integrity and work ethics
Comfortable working in a lean team with good organizational skills
Good communication skills, proactive and ability to multitask
