This is a full-time position based in SINGAPORE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an archive of proposals, performance reports and insights for easy retrieval
• Support sales team in preparing campaign proposals
• Review campaign briefs submitted by clients to ensure adherence to HHWT advertising guidelines
• Oversee resource team utilisation and assignment of tasks to internal and external teams
• Build a network of freelancers and fulfillment partners that match campaign requirements
• Coordinate between Sales, Content Production and Finance teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of campaigns
• Monitoring of campaign performance and preparation of post-campaign reports
• Follow-up with clients for post-campaign satisfaction and campaign renewals

Requirements:

• Preferred: at least 2 years experience in media agency or digital marketing agency
• Has prior understanding of social media platforms and digital media/marketing
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong oral/written communication
• Confident and interested to work with global brands
