As a Senior Account Executive you are responsible for selling the Axon product line of less lethal weapons and cloud software solutions to Public Safety & Justice, MOD and Customs and Immigration agencies in Southeast Asia. This is a quota carrying, individual contributor position reporting to the GM for Asia. Ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across complex multi-layered stakeholders / units, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Develop the market and business in the assigned territories (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan).
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon\'s strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with APAC leadership team and senior account stakeholders to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
  • Develop Channel Partner network to support business in the defined territories.
  • Focus on customer\'s satisfaction, know the customer\'s business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accounts
  • Support execution of strategy at the account level
  • Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required
  • Oversee all account activities
  • Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing
  • Track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities
  • Provide customer product training as necessary
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management
  • Own account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts


What You Can Bring
Basic Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience of public safety , MOD and Customs and Immigration in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan)
  • Experience in covering Singapore government agencies would be a added advantage.
  • Its expected that the candidate has existing relationships to establish channel partner network in the selected geographies.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM
  • Able to travel 50% if necessary, with flexibility to include overnight travel
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Local language as well as English Language
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Startup experience & some vertical experience
  • Law Enforcement / Public Safety / Defense experience in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan
  • Experience in selling to Singapore government agencies would be considered an advantage.
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
  • Team Player: collaborate with various team members regularly
